1. Free Consultation and Written Estimate: Starts by reaching out to us to talk about your situation. We then schedule a convenient time for you so our hoarding clean out team can take a closer look at the property. Once we do a full inspection, we go over the process access the situation before we tailor a plan to remove the items from the home. Once we go over the process before we move forward, we will write you up a free estimate with all the details so there is no surprises on the bill when the job is complete!
2. Staging of Saved Items : Before we start the clean up process, we will go over what items need to be saved. These items will be saved or gone through by the family members are staged in a safe area in the home.
   
3. Donating and Repurposing of Items:  We know that a lot of the items in a hoarder clean out are not all trash or junk. A lot of items we remove from the home are taken to homeless shelters, donation centers, resell shops and other outlets that these items may live on rather than be taken right to the dump. Facilities that offer a donation form will be mailed to you for your tax deduction benefit.
4. Discreet Removal: We understand that not all items in a hoarded space can be kept. That’s why we offer discreet removal services to ensure that all unwanted items are disposed of responsibly. We will take all junk/trash or donated items to a local transfer station or donation center so that it can be recycled or repurposed instead of being thrown away. We use our junk removal trucks (box trucks)  not dumpsters where the general public or garbage pickers can get their hands on any sensitive materials. 
5. Pest Control: In some cases, hoarded spaces may have pests or other dangerous animals present. We work with professional pest control services to ensure that these pests are safely removed from the space and no longer pose a threat.
6. BIO Hazard: our staff is fully trained in disposing hazardous materials to protect you and your property. Spoiled food, human and animal waste, chemicals, paints and as mentioned will even manage pest control needs. These issues will all be discussed on our initial consultation and will all be part of our initial free estimate.
7. Clean Sweep: Once all items have been removed, we do a clean sweep before your final walk through for approval of completion.
8. Final Walk-through: Before our team leaves your home, we will do a final walk-through with you to make sure everything looks as it should and that you are satisfied with the results. We also want to ensure that any remaining items are properly organized so that they are easy to access when needed.
