We receive calls every day from people who need help because they are downsizing. Sometime they are moving into a smaller place or moving in with a family member. Sometimes they want to reclaim space in their existing home - space that has been taken up by things they haven't used for years.

It doesn't take long to fill up a home with contents. Imagine how much extra stuff you would have if you've been accumulating possessions for decades! The very idea of sorting through everything can be overwhelming, especially for our older clients. Add to that the need to physically move the items. It's easier to call us to get the job done.

We have helped our clients clear out entire homes, or just an attic or a basement. The great thing about All Clear is that there is no job too big or too small for us. We have helped with furniture removal, appliance removal or even to clear out a shed or garage.

We make the process easy. We are here to move the heavy stuff and dispose of it for you. We recently had a client who was so happy when we hauled off an old treadmill that was too heavy for him to move. The treadmill had just sat and took up space in his Chicago home for years. Another had an old sleeper sofa just sitting in their basement. If you've ever moved an old sleeper sofa, you know they don't make furniture like they used to! Those are some heavy pieces of furniture!

At All Clear Clean Out and Junk Removal, we know that oftentimes the possession that are "cleaned out" are not junk so we donate when possible and try make sure the items that are of value are able to be used again. This way the possessions get the respect they deserve. Instead of just sitting in an attic or basement, they can be used and appreciated again.

Sometimes our clients want to sell the items themselves. That's fine. If they want to go through the labor of organizing, displaying and tagging all their items for a garage sale, we can help dispose of whatever is left over. Oftentimes, though, we find most people just don't want the hassle. The process of preparing for and putting out the word for a garage sale is laborious and often does not bring a return on the investment of time spent in such an endeavor. Either way, we are here to help to get rid of the excess stuff and help our clients accomplish their downsizing goals.
